Dotes -------:	Johnny Sketch -- Most rocking fucking ass-shaking musical mammalian love-making band ever. You guys should be on the goddamn Discovery Channel -- "When Johnny Sketch Attacks." The new cd makes Snoop Dogg's drizzle sound like a desert fulla shizzle. A brief review, in scatalogical order: After sweating and thrashing naked to the orgasmic funkmetal of tracks 1 through 6, I curled up into a fetal position, breathing and choking sporadically. I spent the next two tracks trying to tame my thoughts, seeking solace in the soothing, introspective sounds of "Mission: Inter" and the awakening retrofunk of "Hey!". Now somewhat collected, I arose and immediately soiled myself as the ominous anthems of "Right Hand Thunder" bore down upon my skull...like Xena Warrior Princess riding a jackhammer. High on the meth(ane) that now filled the room, I wet myself thinking about Dirty Johnny. (I pissed myself laughing.) <

Dotes Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumbass:	Wow, what a weekend! Friday night Johnnsy Sketch and the Dirty Notes rocked Tipitina's with the release of their latest effort, ...Pain, Pleasure, Fear and Opera. Then Saturday they closed out FQF with a set that kept the crowd begging for more. They then followed with two more sets that kept a packed crowd at Lounge Lizards dancing till the we hours. If you missed the sets this weekend, never fear, there are plenty more dates coming up this month - just check the Sketchule. Meanwhile, if you haven't picked up a copy of the new CD yet, don't waste any more time - run to you nearest local music vendor or order online, you've gotta hear what these guys have been up to.
